All bids placed through the online platform will serve as the starting bids during the in‑person auction on May 28, 2026. The silent auction will officially close on May 28, 2026 at 10:00 PM Mountain Time, and all bids are final at that time.

Winning bidders must complete their purchase through the online platform immediately upon auction close. If the winning bidder is not present at the event, they are responsible for shipping and handling costs, which must be arranged and paid within 48 hours.
